GET TO KNOW GLOW CREATIONS

Hello, my name is Kate and I am the owner / creator of GLOW Creations, an award-winning small business for places to buy a unique gift. I am a stay at home mom of three beautiful babies - Carter, Caroline, and Carrigan, and I have an extremely supportive husband and family who encourage me to share my talent with the world. 

How did I get here? Well, I’ve had quite the creative journey. I graduated from Framingham State with a Bachelors in Visual Communications and a focus in Graphic Design and Studio Art. This led me on my first path as Marketing Coordinator of an Art Gallery. Gaining more knowledge in art, customer service, and design I then became a Website Content Specialist for an e-commerce company. I learned so much and gained many more key skills, but was looking forward to my next opportunity.

Once finding out we were expecting baby #2 and entering into the pandemic of 2020, we decided it would be best if I took the upcoming year off to focus on our children! I began to search online for a craft or hobby to occupy my down time, or what I would have of down time. I came across a mason jar with an open face leaf design, filled with pebbles and it just clicked for me. I started with a few Christmas designs, reached out to family and friends about interest, and it turned into something bigger than I could have ever imagined. 

The possibilities with these GLOW Creations are endless and there is something for every occasion and everyone. I plan on continuing this business and exploring what my creative journey has next for me!
